Privacy policy

Which data is processed when you visit AI Model PC, explained clearly and without hidden tracking services.

Privacy-friendly by default

We do not use audience analytics, advertising pixels, personalized advertising, externally embedded videos or chat services on this website. The interactive finder calculates entirely in your browser and does not send your choices to us.

1. Controller

adrastea GmbH & Co. KG
Bielefelder Str. 5
90425 Nuremberg
Germany
Phone: +49 911 4334 0800
Email: info@adrastea.com

2. Website access and server logs

When you visit, your browser sends technically necessary data to our web server. Logs may include IP address, date and time, requested address, transferred data volume, HTTP status, referrer, browser and operating-system information. Processing is necessary to deliver content, diagnose faults and defend against attacks.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is secure and stable website operation. Log files are normally deleted after no more than 14 days unless a security incident requires longer evidence preservation.

3. Hosting

The website runs on infrastructure operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The hosting provider processes technical connection data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

4. Language setting and cookies

When you change language, the website may store the selection in a technically necessary first-party cookie named preferred_language. It contains only the language code, lasts for up to 365 days and preserves the language version you expressly selected.

The storage is necessary for the requested language function under Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Where personal data is involved, processing relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can delete the cookie through your browser settings. No consent banner is needed because we do not set optional cookies or comparable tracking technologies.

5. PC Finder

Finder inputs are processed by JavaScript in your browser only. They are not sent to our server or stored. The following section applies when you click an external offer link.

6. External and affiliate links

External content is not loaded automatically. Only when you click a marked link do you leave our website and your browser connects to the destination provider. Affiliate links contain a partner identifier. The destination provider may attribute the click and a later purchase to that identifier and processes data independently under its own privacy policy.

We use the link attributes sponsored, noopener and noreferrer to identify commercial links for machines and limit technical context transfer. The legal basis for linking and commission attribution is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is funding the editorial service. No profiling takes place on our website.

7. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us, we process the information you provide to answer the enquiry. Depending on context, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual communication, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general communication and documentation. Statutory retention duties remain unaffected; otherwise we delete the data after the matter is closed and no legitimate reason requires retention.

8. Recipients and international transfers

During ordinary website use, no analytics or advertising provider receives visitor data from us; only the hosting provider processes technical data. Transfer to an external destination provider occurs only after your click. If that provider is outside the European Economic Area, different privacy standards may apply. See its privacy policy for details.

9. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18), portability (Article 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Article 77).

To exercise your rights, email info@adrastea.com.

10. Security and changes

Transmission is encrypted using TLS. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures and update this policy if functions or legal requirements materially change.
